They took my initial drawings and made appropriate adjustments. The proper quantities of all necessary materials were then itemized for sending to the suppliers. When the shippers damaged the long metal pieces, Home Porch easily arranged for a replacement shipment of those items. When the second shipment was damaged on the ends, they quickly figured out that the undamaged portions were sufficient. Later I needed to make a minor design change. Home Porch soon had supplemental materials on their way to complete the screening of our patio. Everyone who sees the finished screening admires it. The local contractors, for whom this was their first screening job, also liked what they accomplished. They are looking around at other homes that could benefit from similar screening.

The patio kit arrived on time and in excellent condition. It was delivered on a Friday and for the most part, we had it up by that Sunday evening (picture attached). There was definitely a learning curve to the installation, but the next one will go much smoother as I know what to expect.

Attached is a picture of the completed patio/porch cover that was purchased from your firm to replace one that had been destroyed during a storm.

The quality of the cover/product and the ease of installation was outstanding. During installation, one of the panels was discovered to be 2" short. I called my representative at the
    company and he called the manufacturing plant, had them make a new panel and they
    shipped it to Kentucky from Alabama in 2 days. They were wonderful with which to do
    business.

Dear Glenn and Tom,

Now that the patio screening is finished, I neatened the area and took photos. These attached photos are reduced to 40 percent of the original dimensions for easier transmission by email. You may request the original versions. Notice that for one scene shot from the interior I had the door opened. That shows the amount of darkening of the view (only 10 percent?) compared to no screen. We are pleased with all features of this installation. You may use these photos for your business documents and demonstrations of your work.

I finished the Hot Tub area and am very happy with the way it came out. Now I can use the hot tub all year round in comfort. Myself and another guy put the porch/patio kit together in two days. It went and easy after we had assembled the kit over the deck. Please see the before and after photos I have attached.
