"WeatherGuard" Structural Insulated Roof: 16' x 20'
(White)
Using 6" thick insulated panels - (1.5
lb. Density foam with a .024" laminated aluminum skin)
includes
all the panels (White), rear hanger channel (Almond),
extruded aluminum drip edge fascia (Almond), screws &
sealant. Roof installation pitches at 1/2" per foot of
projection.
Panels will
span 16'3" under 30 psf / 90 mph loading.
**Load requirement verification is customer's
responsibility
Insulated Modular Sunroom Walls - 16' (single wall)
| 19'6" (single wall) | 16' (single wall) - wall heights
from 8'5" to 7'9" as indicated in drawing.
3.5" thick TuffCore clad EPS core walls (Almond) |
Almond extruded aluminum structural framing with
TuffCore vinyl coated polystyrene core insulated filler
sections. The insulated core sections are in place so as
to be trimmed on site, by the customer, to accommodate
exact sizes for each section, slopes and non-square
corners. Installation includes 6 electrical utility
mullions.

Using 4" thick insulated panels - (1.5
lb. Density foam with a .024" laminated aluminum skin)
includes all the panels (White), rear hanger channel
(Almond), extruded aluminum side fascia and front gutter
(Almond), screws & sealant. (4) x 4' wide panels will be
supplied. (1) fan beam will be installed in the center
length of (1) 4' wide panel. Customer will rip a non-fan
beam panel in half for placement on each end of the
installation, centering the fan beam panel. Customer
will determine the finished width of the roof by
trimming back the 2' wide sections. Roof installation
pitches at 1/2" per foot of projection. Quote includes 1
downspout assembly.
Panels will span 15'6" under
15 psf / 100 mph loading.

responsibility
