Deck / Patio Mounted
Modular Sunroom Systems
This 'do it yourself' Modular Sunroom kit is classified as a
"materials supplied"
kit.
Attention Potential DIY Partners!
In years past, low quality was
associated with doing it yourself. That is definitely
not the case anymore as metal fabrication processes have
innovated
and improved and the role of modular
construction has gained popularity. As such our
manufacturer has opened up its manufacturing to the
homeowner. However
it has not re-written its
instructions beyond what would be available to its
network of installers. That will be coming soon! This
means that you will be expected to have a
level of
patience and expertise associated with the problem
solving required in these DIY modular installations.
Both ourselves and the manufacturer will be committed to
helping with installation problems and their solutions.
With several dozens of these DIY applications happening
all around the country every year (and increasing!) we
are
very pleased to be part of the ever growing DIY
revolution!

The following page has a series of
videos posted by C-Thru Sunrooms over the
years! We encourage you to take the time to
review them. They will help you get to know
the quality of manufacturers we are
committed to working with. They are also an
invaluable source of information on the
product lines themselves. C-Thru Sunrooms is
the original sunroom manufacturer and can be
counted on to provide the best in modular
complete sunrooms and walls under systems.

Instructional PDF's
Note: We have been in the room with
a dozen professional installers of these
types of products and we walked away with a
dozen different ways of installing them! The
point is, as simple as these structures are,
there are many ways of accomplishing the
same thing. These pages are a compilation of
methods which are to be used as a guideline
for your installation. Common sense and a
little forethought will easily overcome the
many variables that might arise in your
particular situation. These kits are very
adaptable! If you find yourself with
questions… no problem! We will gladly work
with you toward a solution. Please call us
toll free. Home Porch & Patio Kits cannot be
held responsible for errors in cuts made
along the way. Should you find yourself in
need of additional material, again, we are
only a phone call away. We will always work
to minimize the cost and expedite shipments!
